Treatment Coordinator

Terry, our treatment coordinator and business manager with more than 30 years of experience, is the glue that guides our team. She knows exactly how to make patient experiences smooth and seamless. Her specialty is keeping your treatment plan affordable and stress-free. Terry has two grown sons, is devoted to her 5 grandchildren, and is the patient owner of 4 dogs and an African Grey Bird. She loves nature, so Terry spends time photographing Assateague Beach whenever she can.

I have been a healthcare professional for over 25 years, serving in multiple capacities, both clinical and
non-clinical. Throughout my career, patient care has always been a passion, and the most enjoyable part of my day is interacting with the patients and their families. The experience of working in orthodontia is a particularly rewarding experience, being able to witness the transformation that takes place for each patient and their happiness at the end of the journey. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, baking, and most importantly spending time with family and friends.

Martina

Orthodontics Technician

With more than 20 years of experience, Martina is a superb orthodontic technician. She is certified in radiology techniques and recognized for her appliance fabrication scanning skills. Martina manages our state-of-the-art instrument sterilization processes. She will be happy to explain our methods to you. A proud mom of one adorable daughter, Martina loves spending time with her family, camping, hiking and enjoying other outdoor adventures with their fur babies, who go everywhere with them.

Terri

Orthodontic Technician

Terri has over 20 years of experience as an excellent orthodontic technician. She is an expert in scanning for aligner imaging and is certified in radiology techniques. Terri also manages our clinical inventory, ensuring that you have the best products available. She spends weekends with her large, loving family, exploring Delaware beaches and enjoying time with her beautiful daughter and their devoted Pit Bull.

Chuck

Administrator

We are happy to say that despite his desire to "retire" Chuck continues to help out at Greeley Orthodontics. You may still see him from time to time as he graciously helps whenever he is able. Chuck is now spending more time running his non-profit: Neighbors to Nicaragua, which is devoted to improving literacy and the quality of life for Nicaraguans.

With over 20 years of experience in the customer service field, I know that no matter the line of work, customer service is key. My passion for engaging with people, especially children, drives my work in the orthodontics field. I enjoy talking to patients and making their visits as seamless as possible, knowing how hectic life can be and how valuable their time is. Witnessing the transformation from the first appointment to the beautiful results at the end of treatment is incredibly rewarding. When I’m not working, I spend time with my daughter, who shares my love for adventure, and our dog Simba, the true king of our home.
